The WMA tables do not provide figures for 7 mile races, but these have been calculated by interpolation between 10K and 12K. The men's seven mile factors are as used for the Sevenoaks 7 since 2007. The women's WMA road tables were updated in 2010 and the newly interpolated seven mile factors for women included here will be used for the first time in the 2011 Sevenoaks 7.
