By finishing second W55 from a Kent club at the Tonbridge Half on 7th October, Sally Shewell secured the 2018 Kent AA Road Running Grand Prix title in her category after finishing runner-up in 2015 and 2016. With no others in catching distance, Sally was level on points with Invicta EK runner Vicky Talbot-Rosner as the race, the tenth and final one in the series, started. But Sally's excellent run and Talbot-Rosner's no-show means that Sally is the clear KGP winner.
John Witton led the Sevenoaks finishers in 14th place and third M40, while Bridgit Weekes was third W55 and Sylvia Lewis 3rd W65. The SAC results were:
