Come and run with us

Get in touch, come along and see what Sevenoaks AC is all about. Your first three sessions are free.

How it works

Adults 17+. Juniors (ages 9–17) have a separate process and a waiting list.

Step 1

Get in touch

Before coming along for the first time, please contact us and tell us a little about your running. It’s useful to know roughly what sort of 5K time you currently run and which evenings you’re available.

We have two groups, Speedy and Steady, and we’ll help you decide which will suit you best. We’ll also make sure one of our run leaders knows to expect you and can welcome you when you arrive.

You should already be comfortable running at least 5 miles continuously before joining one of our club runs.

Step 2

Come and run with us

Your first three sessions are completely free, so come along, meet everyone and see what you think.

Most new runners start with us on a Tuesday evening, when we can introduce you to your run leader and the rest of your group.

There’s no pressure to join straight away. Use your three sessions to decide whether Sevenoaks AC feels like the right running club for you.

Step 3

Join if it fits

If you enjoy running with us and would like to stay, we’d love to have you as a member.

There is an annual membership fee, which includes your registration with England Athletics. Being an affiliated athlete gives you benefits including a discount on the entry fee for many England Athletics licensed road and multi-terrain races.

Once you’re a member, there’s no additional charge for our regular club training sessions.
