Seven SAC runners contested the Larkfield AC 10k at East Malling on 20th September.
The race doubled as the Kent County AA short course road race championship, which five of the runners entered. The two-lap course has proved to be quite fast, and the location and facilities are excellent.
On the day, three of the SAC contingent won medals in their age groups, with Sally Shewell second W65, Keith Dowson second M60 and Simon Hallpike third M70. The SAC results were:
