Nine Sevenoaks AC runners contested the Larkfield 10k on 21 September with some excellent results. As last year, the event doubled as the KCAA Short-Course Road Race Championships, so county titles were on offer.
First home for Sevenoaks was our new county champion, Nicolene Hanekom, in sixteenth place overall and first woman and first W45.
Nicolene was followed about three minutes later by our new M60 silver-medallist Keith Dowson.
SAC's other county medallist was third-placed W65 Sally Shewell, while fourth-placed W35 Nicola Glover and fifth place W45 Caroline Fenwick were close to the podium.
