Liv Mtungwazi (Sevenoaks AC) took sixth spot at the National U17 women’s indoor track and field champs on 9 February at the Sheffield Arena, writes head coach Darrell Smith.
Competing in the 200m, Liv set a PB in the heat, qualifying for the semi-final where she improved her PB again to 25.33.
Despite securing a top-six position she just missed qualification for the five-athlete final.
Liv was due to compete, along with many other SAC juniors, at the Kent Indoor Championships at Lee Valley.
